Liberty Kilts® Shipping Policy

At Liberty Kilts®, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless and efficient shopping experience. Our shipping policy outlines the details of how your orders are processed and delivered, ensuring that your products reach you in a timely manner.

Shipping to the United States:

We are delighted to offer free delivery to all locations within the United States. Our commitment is to ensure that your products arrive promptly and efficiently.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Rush Order Shipping Time:

    • Orders take 5 days to be shipped.
    • Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
    • You will receive your order in about 7-10 days.

  • Normal Order Shipping Time:

    • Orders take 2 weeks to be shipped.
    • Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
    • You will receive your order in about 10-20 days.

Track Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Track your order using the provided tracking number, active for 24 hours.

Return & Exchange:

If you receive your order in damaged condition or with the wrong product, you can exchange it within 30 days. However, orders damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customs Tax:

We do not impose taxes on customers; you are responsible for paying customs taxes.

Shipping Way:

We offer DHL & FedEx worldwide express. International orders take 3 to 5 days to ship. FedEx & DHL worldwide express is our fastest shipping option for international shipments, taking 1-3 business days to ship depending on your area. Delays may occur, and shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking:

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Ensure your provided email address is accurate for timely notifications.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, contact us for assistance. If the order has already been processed and shipped, refer to our refund policy.

Incorrect Address:

Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from product return due to an incorrect address.

Customs Tax:
