If you find that the received item doesn't fit or is not suitable, we have a hassle-free returns and exchange policy designed to make the process as easy as possible. Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Most items are eligible for exchange, except for engraved or custom-made items unless a manufacturer's fault is identified.

How to Process an Exchange: The quickest way to exchange items is to place a new order for the replacement items and then return the unsuitable items for a refund. Alternatively, you can utilize our online exchange system. Once we receive your returned items, we'll promptly dispatch the replacements. Please note that processing times may vary but typically take a few days to a week or two.

Overseas Exchanges:For international exchanges, kindly purchase a replacement item in a new order and return the unsuitable items for a refund.

Combine Shipping: If you plan to exchange an item, consider combining the replacement with additional items to save on shipping costs for the combined order.

Returns: If you wish to return an item for a refund, please send it to the appropriate address mentioned below and include the following information:

Refund Policy: We offer a refund policy for most items, excluding engraved or custom-made items unless a manufacturer's fault is identified. Buyers are required to return goods within 30 days of receiving the order, with an extension to 30 days after Christmas for holiday purchases.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure returned goods reach us in satisfactory condition. Please ensure that all bags/tags/labels are untorn and attached. To expedite your exchange/refund, return items free from odor and pet hair, neatly folded, and securely wrapped.

Buyers returning goods from outside the EU must clearly label the package and customs documentation as 'Returned Goods' to facilitate customs clearance without additional charges.
